The ambiance of the restaurant allowed for a relaxing atmosphere, making each meal an enjoyable experience. A highlight was the breakfast, featuring a delightful cappuccino paired with fresh croissants, a taste reminiscent of my time in Mumbai's vibrant café scene. I appreciated the local touch with a selection of artisan beers crafted by head brewer Jonas Steiner, offering a unique exploration of South Tyrolean brewing traditions. The staff's attentiveness, particularly in assisting me with my EV charging needs, made my stay seamless. Putzer is a worthwhile stop for those seeking culinary delights amid the breathtaking Dolomites.
